The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typically, order processing takes up to 14 days.

We are doing our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier and shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Each country has its own laws and taxes' rates. In some countries they are quite high, in others their are practically no taxes. For example: the import taxes' rates for our goods in Europe are about 30-40% of purchase cost, in the USA - no taxes for purchase cost till $800.
Attention! If you refuse to pay taxes upon receipt of the order, the refund for the order is made minus the full cost of delivery to both sides and other costs incurred due to the return of the parcel.
