We check each item and sell only the quality products. Any case if you’re not happy with purchased product, you can return it according to our return policy. Please agree with us your return (wb@wedbiz.eu) before sending it back. 

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery. Our return & refund policy lasts 7 days for unused and unassembled products in original packaging. If more than 7 days have gone by since from the day the product is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We provide free shipping to the USA on most of our items, however if customer wants to return the product customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Refunds: refund are made within 7 days we receive the parcel and check the condition of the product. If traces of use are found in the product, a refund will not be made.

Request a cancellation order within: 12 hours of purchase. Order can be cancelled only if it wasn't already shipped.

Exchanges: we do not accept exchanges.
